Life Diagnostics manufactures ELISA kits, SPARCL™ kits, purified biomarkers and antibodies for preclinical research and veterinary diagnostics. Our areas of expertise include cardiovascular, acute phase, immunotoxicity and immunology biomarkers in species including mouse, rat, rabbit, cat, dog, pig, cow, monkey and chicken. Because of the increasing research into PEGylated biologics we have also developed anti-PEG monoclonal antibodies and ELISA kits for detection of PEG, mPEGylated proteins and anti-PEG antibodies. We manufacture all of the products listed on our website.
Life Diagnotics目前可提供用于检测骨骼肌肌钙蛋白-I(troponin-I)、肌红蛋白(myoglobin)、脂肪酸结合蛋白(fatty acid binding protein, FABP)以及肌球蛋白轻链(myosin light chain-1, MLC-1)等代表性标志分子的ELISA试剂盒;主要提供针对检测小鼠、大鼠、兔、狗、猪和猴等种属的检测试剂盒。与肌红蛋白蛋白和心脏型FABP不同,骨骼肌肌钙蛋白I特异性表达于骨骼肌细胞,因此为检测肌肉损伤的首选标志物分子。
Life Diagnotics生产的PEG试剂主要包括抗体、ELISA试剂盒以及PE化蛋白。
(1)PEG抗体
(2)PEG ELISA试剂盒:竞争法ELISA检测PEG化蛋白(含甲氧基,或不含甲氧基);夹心法ELISA快速检测甲氧基PEG(mPEG)和mPEG化蛋白;抗PEG IgG和IgM ELISA试剂盒用于检测小鼠、大鼠和猴血清或血浆中PEG抗体的水平。
(3)PEG化蛋白
此外,Life Diagnostics还提供PEG包被的微孔板和封闭缓冲液,专门设计用于免疫检测PEG或PEG化抗体。大多数商业化的ELISA试剂盒含有去垢剂如Tween-20(一种含有PEG的去垢剂)会干扰PEG的检测。Life Diagnostics公司提供的封闭缓冲液不含去垢剂和PEG, 可用于稳定包被有PEG或PEG抗体的平板。
Life Diagnostics除提供多种心肌标志物ELISA检测试剂盒之外,还生产多种纯化的心肌生物标志物蛋白,包括肌钙蛋白I、肌钙蛋白T、肌钙蛋白复合物、肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白等,可提供来自不同物种包括人、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、狗、猪、牛和猴的蛋白。

The UC Davis/NIH NeuroMab Facility is a national monoclonal antibody-generating resource funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The mission of the UC Davis/NIH NeuroMab Facility is to provide a unique neuroscience-based approach to generating mouse monoclonal antibodies optimized for use in mammalian brain (NeuroMabs). NeuroMabs are generated from mice immunized with synthetic and recombinant immunogens corresponding to components of the neuronal proteome as predicted from genomic and other large-scale cloning efforts. Comprehensive biochemical and immunohistochemical analyses of human, primate and non-primate mammalian brain are incorporated into the UC Davis/NIH NeuroMab Facility screening procedure. This yields a subset of mouse mAbs that are optimized for use in brain (i.e., NeuroMabs): for immunohistochemical- based imaging studies of protein localization in adult, developing and pathological brain samples, for biochemical analyses of subunit composition and post-translational modifications of native brain proteins, and for proteomic analyses of native brain protein networks.
